Free Pulse Readings and Massage & Marma Chikitsa for $1/minute at Acadia Herbals from noon until 3 PM on Tuesdays, May 8 & May 22 Chelynn Tetreault, LMT, Ayurvedic Bodyworker, and student of Ayurveda will be offering complimentary Ayurvedic Pulse reading. Chelynn has just returned from New Mexico, where she was blessed to study with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute learning how to read the pulse. (Chelylnn will be offering complimentary 10 minute pulse reading at Acadia Herbals, which in Ayurveda is used as part of a process of assessing an individual's unique constitution. As this will be a mutual learning experience, Chelynn may offer a few suggestions to help you balance your current constitutional state, but will not diagnose any conditions. Chelynn also offers clothed table massage or marma chikitsa, an original healing practice closely described as Ayurvedic accupressure, for $1 a minute on the Tuesdays when she's at Acadia Herbals.
