Photographs, Paintings, and Wood Engravings
November & December

Chelynn Tetreault has been photographing since the age of 13,
when she received her first camera, and Pentax K-1000 from her
parents. Chelynn has a BFA in Photography and Sculpture from
the MA College of Art. Her photographic influences include many
of her college teachers including Laura McPhee, Barbara
Bosworth, Abelarda Morell, and Nicholas Nixon. She is also
greatly inspired by film makers such as Tom Tykver and Akira
Kurosawa. Locally, she is greatly inspired by the work of founder
and director of Double Edge Theatre, Stacy Klein and co-
directors Carlos Uriona and Matthew Glassman. Chelynn feels
very fortunate to have such a rich working relationship with these
unique and deeply creative people in her own town.

Chelynn moved to Western MA from Boston and started her own
photography business, Chelynn Tetreault Photography, six years
ago. She serves all of western MA capturing special events such
as weddings as well as portrait work of all people including
artists, athelets and muscicians.  Please visit her website,
www.chelynn.com for more info and a portfolio of some of her
work. Her photographic interests range from portrait, landscape
and collaged images.  She has collaborated extensively with
Double Edge Theatre, as well as the great outdoors.

Nancy Haver is endlessly inspired by the natural world and  its
variations of light, time of day and season.  Her work ranges in
scale from 3" x 4" etchings to 25’  murals. She has exhibited
drawings, wood engravings, and paintings at various venues
including Westfield State College, Springfield Art Museum and
the DeCordova Museum, and has taught drawing, illustration,
and relief printmaking at the University of Massachusetts and
Holyoke Community College and privately. Since 1989 she has
been a co-owner of Collective Copies.
