We use the same high-quality organic and ethically-wildcrafted herbs that are found at the shop. | ABOUT DR. ABELE Dr Abele has been studying herbal medicine since 1991 when she began her studies in the Conneticut River Valley. She studied with local teachers about local plants and pursued her passion by reading all of the books she could find. Since then, she has followed her curiosity through 4 years of academic training, 2 years of clinical training and an extra year of childbirth rounds, finishing her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine. While at Bastyr University she was given the opportunity to study with some of the best herbalists and doctors in the world. She has been practicing herbal medicine in Montague, Massachusetts ever since. These herbal formulas are the result of all of those years of study and a strong belief in the healing power of nature. Dr. Abele's formulations have all been used in a clinical setting and are based on the combination of science and tradition that makes clinical herbalism so vital today. |
